Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe environment at all jobsites, keeping the site clean and organized while wearing all required PPE.
• Adhere to NEC requirements in all work.
• Represent Prism Electric professionally by providing excellent customer service in client-facing situations.
• Troubleshoot and install lighting control systems and signs.
• Perform lighting installations and repairs.
• Conduct exterior sign repair.

Requirements

• State of Texas Journeyman or Master electrician license.
• Valid Texas Driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Comfortable working at heights up to 65 feet.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain.
• Wear personal protective equipment (hard hat, safety glasses at all times; respirator when required).
• Capable of working 8–10 hours per day, 40 hours per week, with overtime and night shifts as required.
• Physical demands include crawling, standing, stooping, bending, crouching, kneeling, sitting, and reaching.
• Able to routinely lift heavy objects over 50 pounds and perform pushing/pulling tasks.
• Repetitive use of arms, hands, and fingers; physical work constitutes more than 70% of the job.
