Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements across the full spectrum. 2. Lead client relationships and business development activity. 3. Advise clients (primarily technology companies, SaaS vendors, and growth-stage businesses) on contract risk, commercial terms, and regulatory compliance (POPIA, data protection). Requirements Hands-on transactional experience. 2. Strong drafting. 3. Client-facing confidence. 4. Small-firm DNA. 5. Genuine succession appetite. Preferred Requrements IT/ technology law experience or exposure to SaaS, software licensing, or data protection (POPIA). 2. Experience in a boutique or mid-tier firm. Key Skills Drafting. 2.
