What You'll Do
- Present new vehicles to customers in an attractive and highly informative fashion to promote a prompt sale
- Maintain an ongoing relationship with customers to encourage networking and repeat business
- Conduct vehicle test drives and maintain accurate sales documentation
- Know and understand the federal, state, and local laws that govern retail auto sales
- Maintain Ford certification as a Commercial Sales Specialist, take all required courses, and become proactive in your own training

Requirements
- At least 2 years of successful and proven automotive Sales experience
- Strong focus on quality, integrity, customer satisfaction and professionalism
- High personal standards of achievement
- Proven sales performance record
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
