What You’ll Do

  • Leverage warm leads, existing contacts, referrals, and your existing professional contacts to drive new business
  • Build and maintain relationships with commercial decision-makers
  • Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and industry events
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, using CRM tools
  • Secure Pre-Loss Agreements with commercial clients
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency restoration leads, where you earn the commission on secured emergency work

Who You Are

  • 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience (restoration, construction, or facilities services preferred)
  • Proven ability to prospect, network, and build strong client relationships
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple sales opportunities at once
  • Comfortable in a performance-driven sales environment
  • Willing to participate in after-hours emergency lead rotation
  • Valid Oregon driver’s license with a clean driving record (past 3 years)
  • Able to pass a background check (dating back to age 18) and pre-employment drug screening
