What You’ll Do
- Leverage warm leads, existing contacts, referrals, and your existing professional contacts to drive new business
- Build and maintain relationships with commercial decision-makers
- Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and industry events
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, using CRM tools
- Secure Pre-Loss Agreements with commercial clients
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure successful project execution
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency restoration leads, where you earn the commission on secured emergency work
Who You Are
- 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience (restoration, construction, or facilities services preferred)
- Proven ability to prospect, network, and build strong client relationships
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple sales opportunities at once
- Comfortable in a performance-driven sales environment
- Willing to participate in after-hours emergency lead rotation
- Valid Oregon driver’s license with a clean driving record (past 3 years)
- Able to pass a background check (dating back to age 18) and pre-employment drug screening
