Responsibilities
- Sell all phases of termite, SMART pest control, mosquito and wildlife exclusion services.
- Work cooperatively with other members of the service team to grow existing customers, create new customers, and meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.
- Prospect for and generate new sales, determining the right mix of products to provide solutions to customers.
- Be experienced with B2B sales.
- Demonstrate success meeting sales goals and growing sales.
- Demonstrate understanding and application of effective selling strategies and techniques, including significant prospecting.
- Be an effective communicator with excellent negotiation and phone skills.
- Demonstrate integrity and ethical standards.
- Quickly earn and display technical expertise and knowledge of industry services and products.
Requirements
- Enthusiastic and dedicated with an eye for detail and a love of customer service.
- Experience with B2B sales.
- Success meeting sales goals and growing sales.
- Understanding and application of effective selling strategies and techniques, including significant prospecting.

- Available to work a flexible schedule (Monday - Friday, with the occasional Saturdays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.).

Pay
$60-100k plus annually.
