What You’ll Do

• Possess a self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable attitude towards hearing “no” on the way to “yes”
• Possess a desire to build a book of business selling Commercial HVAC/R Planned Maintenance & Service Agreements in the Phoenix market
• Possess a desire to prospect daily—phone, email, in-person visits
• Possess a desire to set meetings with facility managers, property managers, and business owners
• Possess a desire to climb on roofs, inspect equipment, and learn commercial HVAC/R systems
• Possess a desire to sell planned maintenance and service agreements that protect critical business operations
• Possess a desire to build and grow your own book of recurring service revenue
• Possess a desire to track activity and hit performance targets
• Possess a desire to pursue target customers and continue growing into large, key accounts

Compensation & Benefits

• Solid base salary

• On-target earnings: $115K+

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Communications, etc.) OR proven success in commission-based sales
• Comfortable working around industrial equipment and climbing ladders/rooftops
• Must be based in the Phoenix, AZ area
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
