Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new commercial business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and relationship building.
- Maintain and grow existing customer accounts by identifying additional product and service opportunities.
- Conduct sales presentations, prepare proposals and quotes, and recommend customized water treatment solutions.
- Build relationships with business owners, facility managers, and other key decision makers.
- Manage sales activity, customer information, and pipeline tracking within CRM systems.
- Achieve established sales, revenue, and profitability goals.
- Provide follow-up support to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation.
- Complete required reporting, training, and additional duties as assigned by management.
- Drive growth in whole-home reverse osmosis and expand commercial water treatment sales across key markets.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven B2B sales experience preferred, ideally in water treatment, commercial services, industrial sales, or a related field.
- BS in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
- Completion of Culligan Sales License within first 120 days of hire.
- Other training and/or certification as assigned.
