About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for estimating commercial sales in the specified territories.
Responsibilities
- Estimate commercial sales within assigned territories
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
- Present sales proposals and negotiate contracts
- Manage customer accounts and ensure timely delivery of services
Requirements
- Proven track record in commercial sales
- Experience in residential sales is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant sales experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
