Commercial Roofing Superintendent

Job Responsibilities

• Planning, organizing, and overseeing the daily activities of multiple production crews
• Designating material staging areas
• Oversight and training of individuals in roofing system installation
• Manager of crew personnel scheduling and issues
• Installation of roofing systems with the highest degree of quality, in the safest and most cost-effective manner

Requirements

• 3-5 years minimum Construction Management (Superintendent) experience
• 2-3 years' experience in Roofing Industry
• Fluent in English, Spanish, and Vietnamese (a plus)
• High School Graduate or GED/College Preferred
• Familiarity with multiple types of roofing installation and manufacturers
• Positive/solution-based approach to challenges
• Strong work ethics
• Genuine desire to improve those around you and improve business
• Valid Driver’s License (Required)
• 100% Travel Required
