Pay

Salary Range: $75,000 - $105,000

Schedule

This is a full time travel position, with a rotation cycle of 30 days on-site and 5 days off. Candidates who are not able to travel full time will not be considered for the position.

Responsibilities

The Roofing Superintendent is a field-based leadership role responsible for the daily supervision and coordination of commercial roofing activities. This position ensures that projects are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with Ideal’s quality standards. The Superintendent serves as the primary field leader for Ideal crews and trade partners, managing jobsite activities and representing Ideal professionally with clients and general contractors.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred. - 7-10+ years of experience in commercial roofing, including 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role. - Experience working with data centers, warehouses, freezer/cold storage, manufacturing facilities, and reroofing projects is highly preferred. - Proven ability to manage on-site field teams, enforce standards, and drive accountability. - OSHA 30 Certification preferred (required during training process). - Extensive experience with Roofing Manufacturing details and expectations. - Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
