Core Requirements
- Enjoy working on a team outdoors with nature
- Be comfortable working in extreme weather conditions
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. regularly
- Repeatedly bend, climb ladders, and kneel, etc.
- Be comfortable with heights and being on a roof
- Perform roofing work in accordance with job specifications and adhere to safety guidelines
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license is required
- Must be able to pass pre-employment background and drug screen
