With over 35 years of experience, Empire Roofing is a full‑service company specializing in roof replacement, repair, and maintenance, offering a complete building envelope solution for commercial, industrial, and institutional properties. Their expertise includes built‑up roofing, modified bitumen, single‑ply systems, and architectural metal roofing. Empire Roofing is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Service Technician for locations in Tulsa and Oklahoma City, OK.

Responsibilities

• Removal and installation of all types of commercial roof systems, including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, and low‑slope metal roof systems.
• Perform roof maintenance and repairs.
• Execute work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines.
• Maintain professional interaction with all customers.
• Manage the commercial roofing crew, which includes completing required paperwork, attending meetings as necessary, and assisting in training crew members as needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1+ years of experience leading commercial roofing crews.
• A valid driver’s license preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
• Ability to work at varying heights and in a variety of weather conditions.
• Strong communication skills with clients, supervisors, and co‑workers.
• Demonstrated initiative, integrity, and adaptability.
• Technology‑savvy.
