Responsibilities

• Work outdoors on a flat roof with the Service Foreman.
• Climb ladders, bend, and work with various roofing techniques and tools.
• Receive on‑site training and have opportunities to advance as you master the basics.

Physical surroundings: Field environment with exposure to heights, noise and temperature. Physical effort: extensive standing, walking, climbing ladders, frequent lifting. Travel: Local.

Requirements

• Comfortable working in extreme weather conditions.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs. regularly.
• Repeated bending, climbing ladders, and kneeling.
• Comfortable with heights and working on a roof.
• Perform roofing work according to job specifications and safety guidelines.
• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to pass pre‑employment background check and drug screen.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of roof systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope (tile/shingles).
• Previous residential and/or commercial roofing or construction experience is a plus.

Pay

Starting pay: $20‑$25 per hour (DOE).
