Salary Range

The salary range for this position is $95,000 - $125,000. This is a full time travel position, with a rotation cycle of 30 days on-site and 5 days off. Candidates who are not able to travel full time will not be considered for the position.

Requirements

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, 15+ years of commercial roofing experience with 5+ years in a leadership role, and a proven track record managing large-scale or multi-building (campus-style) projects. A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred. Previous OSHA 30 certification is a plus, but will be obtained during in-office training. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of roofing systems, manufacturer specifications, and installation standards, excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Pay

This is a full-time position with up to 100% travel expected for this position.

Field Operations

The field operations for this position are located in Norcross, GA, Arlington, VA, Greenville, SC, Charlotte, NC, and Richmond, VA.

Minimum Employment Requirements

Candidates must pass a clear national, state, and local background check, 3-year motor vehicle record meeting standards to drive company vehicles, a pre-employment drug screen, and a post-hire fit for duty physical. Candidates must also pass the 90-day introductory period.

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at roofing job sites. The weather work environment and job sites can be extremely hot or extremely cold.

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position with hours that must be flexible. Travel is expected to be up to 100% for this position.
