Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of multiple commercial roofing projects with a focus on technical accuracy.
- Utilize project data to forecast potential successes and failures before they happen.
- Communicate project status via factual, concise reporting.
- Maintain a rigorous schedule, working autonomously to meet milestones.
- Apply traditional, time-tested roofing concepts to modern challenges.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 Years Commercial roofing experience
- Strong work ethic
- Valid Driver’s License
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial roofing or construction project management.
- A preference for technical, data-heavy work over social-heavy roles.
- Comfortable with a straightforward, sometimes confrontational communication style when facts are at stake.
- Ability to work independently in the field while adhering to company structure.
