Commercial Roofing Project Manager

About the role

For 45+ years, North American Roofing has delivered high-quality flat and low-slope roofing systems across the U.S. Our core markets are in the Southeast, and we support projects nationwide. We're looking for one Project Manager to lead large, multi-site commercial roofing projects from start to finish, delivered safely, on time, and on budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage every phase of commercial roofing projects, often across multiple sites at once.
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, and schedules.
• Be the client's go-to for updates, changes, and next steps.
• Hold every job to our safety, quality, and budget standards.
• Solve problems early and keep work moving.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial roofing experience (required).
• Experience managing large-scale, multi-site projects (required).
• Project management experience from preconstruction through closeout.
• Strong client-facing communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and similar tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• You own your work, stay adaptable under pressure, and lead with integrity.
• Travel by car and air is required based on project needs.
• Southeast-based candidates near a major airport are preferred.
