Commercial Roofing Laborer Summary You will be working outdoors on commercial roofing projects alongside experienced foremen and crew members. The job involves climbing ladders, bending, lifting materials, and working with a variety of roofing systems, tools, and techniques. Training is provided onsite, with opportunities for advancement as you develop your skills and experience. Commercial Roofing Laborer Requirements Enjoy working outdoors and as part of a teamBe comfortable working in varying and extreme weather conditionsMust be able to lift 50+ lbs. regularly; repeated bending, climbing ladders, kneeling, etc.Must be comfortable with heights and working on roofsPerform roofing work according to job specifications while following all safety guidelinesMust be at least 18 years oldValid driver’s license a plusMust be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening Nice To Have Knowledge of roof systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, and sloped roofing systems (tile/shingles) is helpful but not requiredPrevious residential and/or commercial roofing or construction experience is a plus but not required Working Conditions Physical surroundings: Field environment with exposure to heights, noise, and varying temperaturesPhysical effort: Extensive standing, walking, climbing ladders, and frequent liftingTravel: Local travel within Wyoming may be required Benefits Big Horn Roofing, A Tecta America Company offers a comprehensive benefits package including: MedicalDentalVision401(k) with company matchPaid time off Big Horn Roofing, A Tecta America Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
