Commercial Roofing Foreman

About the role

The Commercial Roofing Foreman at WTI is responsible for overseeing the safety and efficiency of roofing projects, managing resources, and ensuring high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily safety briefings with Sales Rep, customer, and WTI Crew
• Inspect surroundings, equipment, and tools for safety concerns
• Complete and submit Daily Hazard Analysis forms
• Communicate with Sales Rep, WTI crew, and customer regarding project details
• Manage crew start and end times, production rates, and tool/material availability
• Ensure project completion according to scope or specifications
• Perform end-of-day and end-of-project walk-throughs
• Maintain professional appearance and customer interactions
• Order, track, and monitor inventory
• Review and price field service projects over $5,000
• Monitor and document Field Resource Reps' performance
• Resolve employee and work-related issues as necessary

Requirements

• Minimum five years’ experience in commercial roofing
• Familiarity with various roofing systems (built-up, EPDM, PVC, metal, etc.)

Pay

The base salary for this position ranges between $55,000 and $68,000, with an annual bonus eligible.
