What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage the estimating department for commercial roofing projects
• Prepare detailed bids, takeoffs, and proposals for a variety of systems
• Collaborate with operations, sales, and ownership to ensure bid accuracy and execution
• Mentor and train junior estimators for long-term team development
