Commercial Roofing Account Manager

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting
  • Conduct property inspections & visual assessments to determine project scope
  • Build relationships with property managers, facility directors, building owners, and key stakeholders
  • Represent the company at networking events and trade shows
  • Customer Consultation & Sales
  • Educate customers on roofing options, restoration vs. replacement strategies, insurance claims, and the company’s proposition
  • Prepare and present proposals with the estimating team
  • Present contracts and guide customers through the signing process
  • Serve as the primary contact throughout sales and pre-production
  • Project Collaboration
  • Cook up scopes and meet deadlines with the estimating team
  • Coordinate with production team to meet timelines and project requirements
  • Manage projects from contract through final invoicing
  • Conduct final walk-throughs, collect final payments, and request reviews or referrals
  • CRM & Documentation
  • Maintain accurate records in AccuLynx
  • Upload documents and prepare complete job files for production
  • Organize project photos in CompanyCam or similar platform

What We Are Looking For

  • Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in commercial roofing, construction sales, or property services
  • Experience working with building owners, property managers, or general contractors
  • Experience using CRM systems (AccuLynx preferred) and project tracking tools
  • Additional Skills & Attributes
  • Ability to prospect, build a sales pipeline, and close deals independently
  • Ability to walk roofs, climb ladders, and work at heights
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
