About the role
Responsible for installing and repairing commercial roofing systems using advanced techniques and tools.
Responsibilities
- Install and repair various types of commercial roofing materials including asphalt shingles, metal, and rubber membranes.
- Inspect existing roofs to identify damage and potential issues.
- Coordinate with clients to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
- Ensure all work adheres to safety standards and regulations.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in commercial roofing installation.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Knowledge of local building codes and industry standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using roofing machinery and equipment.
Skills
