Experienced Commercial Roofer

Tecta America New England, founded in 1988 as Delta Roofing, is one of the largest and most successful roofing companies in the northeast. We are currently seeking experienced commercial roofers in North Billerica, MA.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair all types of commercial roofing systems including EPDM, TPO & PVC.
• Work under the direction of the crew’s Foreman.
• Perform tasks that involve lifting up to 50 lbs. occasionally and working in various weather conditions.
• Bend, kneel, and climb ladders as part of the job.
• Follow instructions, adhere to job specifications, and maintain professional behavior.
• Use reliable transportation to and from jobsites and warehouse.
• Show strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.

Requirements

• Commercial roofing experience preferred but training will be provided to the right candidates.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly and 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Experience working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely.
• At least 18 years of age.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.

• Strong physical stamina and endurance.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of safety guidelines and procedures.

Pay

The starting pay range for this position is $25-$33/hr, with an additional $1,500 sign-on bonus available. Actual compensation will be based on numerous factors including knowledge, skills, training, and experience.

Schedule

Full-time, year-round work schedule is offered.
