Summary

Commercial Roofing Mechanic – install and repair roofs using commercial roofing systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, and slope (tile/shingles). Work well in a team setting, handle extreme weather conditions, lift 50+ lb with repeated bending, climbing, and kneeling, and climb ladders up to 60 ft while on the roof. Perform work to manufacturer’s specifications with close attention to safety.

Responsibilities

• Install commercial roofing systems (BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, tile/shingles).
• Repair roofs using the same systems.
• Work collaboratively with crew members.
• Operate safely in extreme weather conditions.
• Lift and maneuver materials weighing 50 lb or more, with repeated bending, climbing, and kneeling.
• Climb ladders up to 60 ft and perform tasks on the roof.
• Follow manufacturer specifications and safety protocols.

Requirements

• 5 years of commercial roofing experience.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment background check and drug screen.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
