Commercial Roofer

We are seeking a Commercial Roofer responsible for installing, repairing, and replacing various roof systems on commercial buildings, including new constructions and reroofs. Key duties include setting up and tearing down work sites, installing vapor barriers and insulation, and performing demolition when necessary. The role requires physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds, work in outdoor conditions, and heights over 6 feet. Applicants should be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver’s license, and be capable of passing pre-employment physical and drug screenings. Essential skills include professionalism, effective communication, problem-solving, adherence to safety protocols, and team collaboration. Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are advantageous. Qualifications include basic hand tool proficiency, physical endurance, and a willingness to learn and follow company policies, OSHA standards, and legal requirements.
