Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain commercial low-slope roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified Bitumen, BUR)
- Perform tear-offs, roof prep, insulation installation, and membrane installation
- Install flashings, penetrations, and details per manufacturer specifications
- Follow all OSHA safety requirements and company safety policies
- Read and follow job drawings and work orders
- Maintain quality workmanship and jobsite cleanliness
- Work efficiently while meeting schedule and quality expectations
- Communicate effectively with foremen and project management
- Assist in training and mentoring less-experienced crew members
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in commercial roofing
- Experience with various roof systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified Bitumen, BUR)
- Ability to read and interpret job drawings and work orders
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
- Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies
