Responsibilities
- Work under the Roofing Superintendent and Foreman
- Load and unload materials
- Prepare roofs and install commercial roofing systems
- Keep job sites clean and safe
- Follow OSHA and company safety rules
- Set up ladders and access equipment safely
- Stay on schedule and work as part of a crew
- Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are ready each day
- Use hand and power tools (pneumatic and electric)
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Valid Driver’s License
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Able to pass a background check
Pay & Benefits
- $19–$28 per hour, depending on experience
