Essential Functions
- Generate and service a variety of commercial and industrial loans, and bank services.
- Achieve portfolio growth and cross-sale goals.
- Oversee assigned loan portfolio to ensure proper compliance with loan covenants.
- Maintain portfolio quality, stability, and manage risks.
- Make presentations regarding bank products and services to prospective clients and company principals.
- Perform underwriting functions as needed.
- Continually monitor credit quality of assigned accounts.
- Build and maintain relationships, with a resulting high degree of customer satisfaction.
- Train and mentor lower level officers (when applicable).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in banking, finance, or a related field required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 4-6+ years of Commercial and Industrial Loan experience.
- Advanced knowledge of commercial loans, credit analysis, lending, loan processing, and closing processes.
- Strong sales ability.
- Solid experience in applicant interviewing and perceptive character judgment skills.
- Ability to structure loans and monitor credit performance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of software applications, including word processing and spreadsheets.
- Manages a medium commercial portfolio.

Pay
This position pays between $140K - $185K per year, depending on experience, with bonus eligibility.
