Commercial Relationship Manager (in-office) - Portland, OR

Essential Functions

  • Generate and service a variety of commercial and industrial loans, and bank services.
  • Achieve portfolio growth and cross-sale goals.
  • Oversee assigned loan portfolio to ensure proper compliance with loan covenants.
  • Maintain portfolio quality, stability, and manage risks.
  • Make presentations regarding bank products and services to prospective clients and company principals.
  • Perform underwriting functions as needed.
  • Continually monitor credit quality of assigned accounts.
  • Build and maintain relationships, with a resulting high degree of customer satisfaction.
  • Train and mentor lower level officers (when applicable).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in banking, finance, or a related field required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 4-6+ years of Commercial and Industrial Loan experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of commercial loans, credit analysis, lending, loan processing, and closing processes.
  • Strong sales ability.
  • Solid experience in applicant interviewing and perceptive character judgment skills.
  • Ability to structure loans and monitor credit performance.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of software applications, including word processing and spreadsheets.
  • Manages a medium commercial portfolio.

Pay

This position pays between $140K - $185K per year, depending on experience, with bonus eligibility.
