Commercial Relationship Manager III-Food, Beverage & Agribusiness
About the role
The Commercial Banking team actively calls on businesses that typically have annual revenue between $50MM and $500MM. The team includes relationship managers, treasury management officers and others that provide a suite of products and services that serve companies of this size. The objective of the group is earn the title of trusted advisor and help these companies grow and prosper in our community. This is a hybrid role which is responsible for developing new commercial business, while maintaining a portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Building your own commercial loan portfolio by prospecting for new Food, Beverage & Agribusiness opportunities.
- Growing revenue as directed by senior management by successfully prospecting new business and making appropriate referrals.
- Maintaining a portfolio by calling on customers to expand existing business, ensure excellent client relations & proper servicing of account(s).
- Developing a sound understanding of the industry types served and the key players within these industries.
- Managing loan & portfolio credit quality.
- Negotiating credit arrangements and preparing credit memoranda and supporting documentation for presentation to the loan committee.
- Collaborate with commercial clients to better understand their business and financial needs.
- Analyze the business to qualify clients for bank products and services.
- May mentor less experienced Commercial Banking Associates.
Requirements

Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales experience with 2+ years in Commercial Bank/Food, Beverage & Agribusiness experience.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Curiosity about how companies work and the willingness to help them grow and remain successful.
- Demonstrated knowledge of credit, bank products, services, underwriting and bank operations.

US Employees in Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Texas, Washington, and Wisconsin $110,250 - $173,030
US Employees in all other states not listed above $99,750 - $157,060
