Commercial Relationship Manager III
About the role
The C&I Relationship Manager is responsible for leading business development efforts, representing Eastern Bank in business and community activities, and cross-selling other bank products and services to customers and prospects.
Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and call on appropriate prospects, represent Eastern Bank in business and community activities, and cross-sell other bank products and services.
- Credit Underwriting: Review and analyze credit facilities and applications, present recommendations to the Team Leader and Credit Committee, and assist with documentation.
- Portfolio Management: Monitor maturating credits and financial information, maintain client contacts, and ensure timely collection of financial information.
Qualifications
- Proven underwriting abilities with 5+ years of experience in C&I analysis or commercial banking.
- Familiarity with top-tier and middle-market commercial companies in the New England marketplace.
- Ability to excel in an entrepreneurial, team-oriented environment.
- Energetic and comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment with performance-oriented compensation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the willingness/ability to learn new software.

Pay
Hiring Range: $136,599 - $224,413. Actual pay may vary based on experience, skills, and market factors; additional compensation may apply.
