Commercial Refrigeration Technician – Technical Support

Industry: Commercial Refrigeration / HVAC-R What You'll Do Troubleshoot commercial refrigeration equipment issues and recommend effective corrective actions.Provide technical guidance to field service providers, technicians, customers, and sales representatives.Investigate equipment failures, identify recurring issues, and support root-cause analysis.Assist with field evaluations, product testing, repairs, retrofits, and service improvement initiatives.Maintain accurate service records, technical reports, and service ticket updates.Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Sales, and Technical Service teams to resolve equipment issues.Support technical training on equipment installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.Follow up on open service cases to ensure timely resolution and clear communication. What We're Looking For 3+ years of commercial refrigeration or related technical experience.Strong understanding of refrigeration systems, components, diagnostics, and troubleshooting procedures.Experience supporting customers, service technicians, or external service providers.Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.Familiarity with ERP systems, service management platforms, work orders, or service ticketing systems.Bachelor's degree required.Proficiency in both English and Spanish required.Ability to
