Commercial Refrigeration Installer & Driver
About the role
You will be the driving force behind the physical infrastructure of our clients' refrigeration systems, ensuring that every walk-in box is built to last. This role offers the unique opportunity to manage the full lifecycle of onsite delivery and precision assembly while working with a 40-year industry leader that treats its team like family.
Responsibilities
- Build and assemble walk-in refrigeration boxes from the ground up using specialized power and hand tools.
- Unload heavy refrigeration equipment and transport all necessary components safely into the client facility.
- Utilize levels and precision measuring tools to ensure every panel and case line-up is perfectly aligned.
- Operate forklifts or Lulls to maneuver large-scale equipment across diverse job site terrains.
- Set and secure complex case line-ups to prepare for final piping and electrical integration.
- Cookout and coordinate the delivery of essential materials to project sites to maintain strict construction timelines.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the assembly and installation of professional walk-in refrigeration boxes.
- Mastery of basic hand tools, power tools, and precision leveling equipment.
- Ability to manage the physical demands of unloading trucks and positioning heavy industrial equipment.
- Demonstrated track record of reliability and punctuality in a field operations setting.
- Strong spatial awareness and mechanical aptitude for complex equipment assembly.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in commercial refrigeration installation or delivery.
- Certified or experienced in operating forklifts or Lulls.
- Previous experience setting up commercial case line-ups.
- Able to navigate and deliver equipment to diverse job site environments.
Skills

Pay
$25 to $40 per hour plus Year-End Bonus.
Schedule
Monday - Friday and Overtime.
