Commercial Real Estate Summer Intern

About the role

We are looking for sharp, entrepreneurial summer interns who want real exposure to commercial real estate, property operations, and affordable housing development.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with leadership on real projects: underwriting deals, market research, rent comps, leasing strategy, portfolio analysis, and property operations.
• Spend time in the field leasing apartments, meeting residents, touring properties, and learning what affordable housing development entails.
• Gain exposure to property management operations, commercial leasing, asset management, real estate underwriting, affordable housing finance, market research & competitive analysis, development & acquisitions.

• Good judgment
• Strong Excel / analytical ability
• Curiosity about business, investing, or housing
• Willingness to get out in the field and make things happen
• A little competitive fire

Qualifications

• Ideal backgrounds: Business / Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Urban Planning, Engineering / Math / Computer Science, or someone sharp with hustle
