About The Role
As a CBRE Senior Sales Support Coordinator, you will provide advanced administrative, sales support, and marketing coordination support to an office or group of sales professionals within CBRE’s Office Leasing business. This includes preparing proposals, presentations, communications, tour books, surveys, client-specific property packages, and other marketing materials, as well as coordinating internal and external marketing information. This role supports brokers and sales professionals in a fast-paced, high-touch environment and requires strong organization, follow-through, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to manage competing priorities independently.

What You’ll Do
- Provide administrative, client service, sales support, and marketing coordination support to brokers, senior professionals, and team members within the Office Leasing division.
- Collect and gather documentation to complete voucher forms and process broker commission payments and expenses in accordance with company policies.
- Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, arrange travel plans, coordinate meeting room reservations, and support meeting logistics including technology and catering as needed.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls; respond to inquiries and route communications appropriately while maintaining confidentiality.
- Prepare, coordinate, and produce client-specific property packages, proposals, presentations, communications, transaction materials, tour books, surveys, and other broker support deliverables.
- Maintain CBRE brand and client messaging by applying templates to produce marketing materials, including flyers, proposals, tour books, maps, floor plans, qualification packages, and other client-facing materials.
- Review marketing materials and serve as a point of contact with centralized marketing, financial analysis, research, and other internal teams to coordinate completion of property information packages and client deliverables.
- Cope with advertising schedules and placement with the local centralized marketing group, as needed.
- Attend team meetings, capture notes or action items, and follow up on next steps to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Prioritize conflicting demands, handle issues expeditiously, and proactively follow through on projects to successful completion under multiple deadline pressures.
- Recognize and solve typical and atypical problems that may occur in the work area; evaluate and select solutions from established options with limited supervision.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase team efficiency, and enhance broker support.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need
- Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college.
- Experience providing administrative support to multiple professionals or a team of professionals.
- 1–2 years of relevant administrative, client service, sales support, marketing support, or professional office experience preferred.
- Ability to determine, prioritize, and respond to conflicting priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, thoughtful, and customer-centric work product.
- Ability to analyze, synthesize, and present information to clients, colleagues, management, and/or large groups of employees.
- Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, communications, and memos; ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding; and respond to common inquiries or issues from clients, coworkers, brokers, and supervisors.
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities with consistent follow-through.

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting brokers, sales professionals, executives, or multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced professional services environment.
- Commercial real estate experience, office leasing knowledge, or interest in real estate.
- Marketing experience, including preparation of client-facing materials, tour books, surveys, presentations, flyers, brochures, or proposals.
- Ability to edit templates in PowerPoint and/or InDesign.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, or Photoshop.
- Ability to calculate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions; basic knowledge of financial terms and concepts is desirable.
- Self-sufficient work style with the ability to take initiative, identify efficiency improvements, and move tasks forward independently.
- Ability to take direction, guide brokers through internal processes, and maintain professionalism in a high-touch, high-demand sales environment.
