We are seeking a real estate agent with a passion for commercial real estate who aims to establish a robust presence in this field while earning competitive commissions and fostering a successful, long-term career.
Responsibilities
- Generate commercial opportunities through prospecting, business development, and ongoing communication with property owners, investors, business operators, and developers.
- Gain insight into investment properties, retail opportunities, leasing activity, and the factors influencing commercial real estate decisions through real market exposure and active conversations.
- Work alongside experienced commercial agents to strengthen analytical skills, build professional relationships, and manage transactions from initial contact to closing.
- Create productive habits, improve follow-up, and develop the confidence necessary to effectively navigate the complexities of commercial real estate.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in commercial real estate preferred but not required.
- Passion for building long-term relationships and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in sales or customer service is beneficial.
