About the role

Our client is a well‑established boutique law firm focused on sophisticated commercial real‑estate and transactional matters. The firm represents developers, investors, lenders, property owners, landlords, tenants, and other businesses in a wide range of complex real‑estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, commercial leasing, financing, development, joint ventures, and related matters. This hybrid position is based in the Philadelphia suburbs and offers hands‑on exposure to a variety of commercial real‑estate transactions and the opportunity to grow your skill set in a collaborative, close‑knit environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support attorneys with commercial real‑estate acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, and development matters.
  • Assist with due diligence, including title and survey review.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain transaction documents and closing files.
  • Coordinate closings, closing checklists, and transaction deliverables.
  • Review and organize leases, purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, and related materials.
  • Assist with UCC, corporate, property, and other transactional searches.
  • Communicate with clients, title companies, lenders, opposing counsel, and other parties.
  • Track transaction deadlines and maintain organized electronic files.
  • Provide general transactional support to attorneys as needed.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of paralegal experience in commercial real‑estate.
  • Experience with real‑estate transactions and closings.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal technology.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Pay

$100,000 – $130,000 per year
