Commercial Real Estate Paralegal

About the role

A well-established commercial real estate firm in Miami is hiring an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to support its in-house legal team. This role focuses on retail and shopping center transactions, working closely with attorneys from contract through closing and post-closing.

Responsibilities

• Support commercial real estate transactions from contract and loan commitment through closing
• Handle due diligence: title and survey review, title objection letters, lease review, lien and litigation searches
• Prepare entity formation documents, closing checklists, critical dates timelines, title commitments and policies, closing statements, and affidavits
• Manage closing binders and support deals both locally and nationally

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal, with retail and shopping center experience required
• Corporate law background
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Comfortable managing communication with clients, colleagues, and outside parties
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and paralegal certification preferred (equivalent experience considered).
