About the Role
Gunster is seeking a full-time Commercial Real Estate Paralegal for its Tampa office.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate due diligence
- Review title commitments, surveys, zoning reports, service contracts, and permits
- Prepare, review, and manage purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, and other documents related to commercial real estate transactions and closings
Requirements
- At least five years of experience handling commercial real estate closings and title matters
- Law firm experience preferred
