Commercial Real Estate & Finance Associate Attorney

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial loan documentation.
• Represent clients in commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions.
• Prepare and negotiate commercial lease agreements.
• Conduct due diligence and assist with all phases of commercial real estate transactions.
• Coordinate with lenders, developers, buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and title companies to facilitate successful closings.
• Provide practical legal counsel to clients throughout each stage of the transaction.

Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania Bar admission.
• 3–6 years of commercial real estate transactional experience.
• Experience with commercial loan documentation.
• Experience handling commercial real estate acquisitions and sales.
• Commercial leasing experience.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions while delivering exceptional client service.

Pay

$160,000 - $190,000 per year
