Responsibilities
- Work within a team structure to manage commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, sales, leases, and financings.
- Provide legal advice and support on matters related to commercial real estate.
- Advocate effectively both orally and in writing for clients in various legal proceedings.
- Analyse complex legal issues and develop strategies to resolve disputes.
Requirements
- 2 to 6 years of commercial real estate experience.
- Admitted and in good standing to the Pennsylvania Bar, or willing to waive-in.

- Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
- First-rate analytical skills.
