Responsibilities
- Negotiate exclusive listing agreements and purchase-and-sale agreements.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales and leases to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
- Possess strong networking and relationship-building skills to generate new client relationships.
- Maintain and enhance existing client relationships through exceptional customer service during the transaction process.
- Coordinate and manage property showings, inspections, and due diligence processes.
- Advise clients on real estate investment strategies and provide guidance on the development and execution of their plans.
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including brokers, attorneys, lenders, title companies, and appraisers, to ensure successful transactions.
- Collaborate with the Market Research team to analyze client properties, including broker price opinions, sale & lease comparables, and other relevant market data.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop print and digital marketing materials for properties for sale or lease.
- Work closely with the designated Transaction Coordinator to prepare proposals, contracts, and other legal documents.
Requirements
- Must hold an Idaho Real Estate License.
- A college degree is strongly preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and proficiency in necessary computer software are required.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong time management, communication, and organizational skills, while maintaining attention to detail in legally binding contracts & leases.
- Ability to communicate effectively, concisely, accurately, and timely with clients, vendors, and staff.
- Proven ability to maintain professional relationships with clients, vendors, and staff while providing high levels of service.
- Experience in the sales cycle, from prospecting to marketing property, negotiating business terms, creating consensus, and closing sales & leases.
