What We Are Seeking

We have assignments available to help our Property & Casualty insurance carrier clients in Commercial Property Underwriter positions. Responsibilities include:

• Underwrite profitable shared and layered property business (TIV of $250M-$1B+) to meet targets in accordance with underwriting guidelines and underwriting authority.
• Understanding of west coast large global risks – technology/semi-conductor; real estate; manufacturing and municipalities preferred.
• Familiarity with the west coast brokers a plus.
• Review, classify, evaluate, and price business for primarily large, complex property accounts.
• Develop and maintain superior relationships with agents/broker community.
• Maintain accurate file documentation in accordance with company guidelines.
• Participate / support training and development as needed.

Requirements

We require 25 years of full-time work experience, with the last 10 most current years of Commercial Property & Casualty insurance experience – specifically in underwriting of shared & layered properties.
