Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of property operations including leasing, maintenance, tenant relations, and financial management
- Develop and implement property budgets, monitor expenses, and prepare financial reports
- Cook with maintenance staff and vendors to ensure properties are well-maintained and repairs are completed promptly
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing concerns professionally and promptly
- Manage lease agreements, renewals, and compliance with lease terms
- Aid in marketing vacancies and attracting new tenants
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in commercial property management
- Strong knowledge of property management principles, lease administration, and budgeting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in property management software such as Yardi is a plus
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
