Commercial Property Accountant

Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 base + bonus. Location: Pompano Beach, FL. Work Schedule: On‑site Monday – Thursday; remote Fridays.

Qualifications

• 2 + years of full‑cycle accounting experience
• Experience with commercial retail properties

Key Responsibilities

• Reviewing and posting accounts payable invoices
• Managing month‑end close for assigned entities, including:
  • General ledger accounting
  • Financial statement preparation
  • Balance sheet reconciliation support schedules
• Performing bank reconciliations and preparing/posting journal entries
• Recording accruals and conducting balance sheet reviews
• Analyzing monthly variances against budget and performing trend analysis
