Responsibilities For Commercial Project Manager Execute commercial projects from the point of sale to installation and commissioningBe the primary point of contact between the client and 8MSolarManage workflows on parallel projects to ensure all commercial projects are on trackCreate, update, and transmit project schedules to clientsIdentify and help order inventoryHave experience with commercial solar installation processes, both mechanical and electricalVerify materials and inventory onsiteReview commercial construction drawings and specifications, and advise on improvementsSupervise 8MSolar teams on siteVerify site installation by conducting onsite testing and commissioningClose out projects by addressing punch list items Qualifications For Commercial Project Manager Completion of a 4 year technical degree3 or more years of prior solar experienceValid driver’s license in NCAbility to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 poundsAbility to bend, climb, squat, reach, and kneelComfortable reading and understanding electrical blueprints, schematics, and diagramsWorking knowledge of electrical theory, and the associated principles, materials, and equipmentDemonstrated ability to operate hand and power toolsAbility to calculate basic mathematical problemsWilling to work overtime About 8MSolar LLC 8MSolar is the highest rated solar panel installer in North Carolina.
