Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to identify and secure new commercial lines business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions.
- Conduct in-person client meetings within a one to two-hour radius of your home office, with occasional travel for larger accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and servicing of clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Maintain and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial lines insurance sales or a related field.
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Willingness to travel locally and occasionally for larger accounts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A valid insurance license or the ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe.
- Familiarity with the geographic areas of Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Ohio is a plus.
