About the role
J.f. Sobieski Mechanical Contractors, Inc. is the largest mechanical contractor in the area, serving DE, PA, MD, & VA. We are looking for a full-time Commercial HVAC Maintenance Technician to provide our customers with 5-Star Service in preventing breakdowns on their systems by performing thorough evaluations.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough evaluations to prevent breakdowns on commercial HVAC systems
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC equipment
- Ensure all work meets local HVAC codes
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and expectations
- Operate company vehicle and tools safely and efficiently
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
Requirements
- 4+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- EPA Certification
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical
- Licensed with knowledge of local HVAC codes
Qualifications
- Skilled HVAC Maintenance Technician
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
