Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Management, including Financial Reporting and Covenant Tracking
  • Obtaining annual financial information for files from clients
  • Analyzing financials on existing relationships and preparing update memos
  • Reporting regularly on status
  • Team Leader for New Loan Requests and Loan Renewals, including:
    • Analyzing new loan requests (cash flow assessment, collateral valuation, spread analysis, guarantor assessment, etc)
    • Researching, compiling, and providing market analysis relative to a credit
    • Assisting in preparing/underwriting pre-deals and credit vehicles (both new loans and renewals)
  • Managing and updating the interim report for the RM's portfolio
  • Coordinating construction loan advances on certain credits
  • Assisting with Credit Risk Review tasks, including coordinating responses to CRR, monitoring action steps for remediation, etc.
  • Providing backup to other Relationship Managers/Relationship Administrators as needed
  • Assisting the team during vacations/absences as necessary
  • Providing sales and service support as necessary

Qualifications

  • Formally Credit Trained
  • Demonstrates experience and judgment with credit decisions and analysis
  • Coaches credit analysts on credit and customer interaction skills
  • 5-7 years of experience
  • Able to work with limited supervision

Pay

The posted salary range is $96,802 - $159,032, reflecting Eastern's expected hiring range. Actual pay may vary based on experience, skills, and market factors; additional compensation may apply.
