Commercial Plumbing Project Manager III
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes Description (which is about the role), Responsibilities (list), Requirements (list), Required Skills and Abilities (skills), Minimum Qualifications (qualifications). No explicit Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should not include those sections. Also we should not repeat job title. Should not include metadata like Job ID. Should remove boilerplate like EEO etc. Also remove "CORPMEST" at end (maybe garbage). Also remove "Job Type Full-time Description" maybe we keep full-time as part of description? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we can keep "Job Type Full-time" maybe as part of description? It's not boilerplate but it's a metadata. Could fold into a short
. Probably we can include a short paragraph with job type. The description already starts with "At Corvant, we provide..." So we can include a
for the description. The "Job Type Full-time" could be a separate
before description or integrated. We'll include a
with "Job Type: Full-time." Then description paragraphs. Now we need to structure sections: - About the role: maybe the description paragraph(s) about Corvant and role. Could be under

withcontent. - Responsibilities: list from "Responsible for all deliverables..." Actually the responsibilities are a huge block after "Responsibilities". We need to extract list items. The text after "Responsibilities" is a long paragraph with many responsibilities separated by line breaks? It appears as a continuous sentence with many items separated by spaces? Actually it's a block of text with many responsibilities separated by line breaks? In the given text, after "Responsibilities" there is a long block with many responsibilities separated by line breaks? It appears as a paragraph with many sentences but no bullet points. We need to convert to
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Since it's not explicitly bulleted, but it's a list of duties. We should split into logical items. However we must preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot invent or summarize away detail. We could keep as a single
but the rule says use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we need to treat the responsibilities as a list. We can split by sentences or by phrases separated by line breaks? The text seems to have no line breaks; it's a single paragraph. But we can still create
- for each distinct responsibility identified by verbs. However that may be summarizing? Might be okay to break at each sentence (period). That preserves all info. We'll split by periods.
Similarly for Requirements: after "Requirements" there is a block titled "Project Management" then many bullet-like sentences. We'll split by sentences.
Skills: after "Required Skills and Abilities:" list items separated by line breaks? It's a paragraph with items separated by line breaks? Actually it's a paragraph with items separated by line breaks? The text: "Able to comprehend and speak EnglishDemonstrates interdepartmental collaboration skills..." No spaces. We'll split by capital letters? Might be messy. Better to keep as
for skills? But rule says use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Skills is a list. We could still keep as
but risk violating rule. However we could treat as a list by splitting at each capital letter start of a new skill (like "Able", "Demonstrates", "Demonstrates", "Ability", "Effective", "Strong", "Proficiency"). We'll do that. Minimum Qualifications: after "Minimum Qualifications:" we have items separated by line breaks? It's a paragraph: "Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or related field preferred5+ years of experience in the commercial plumbing industryUnderstanding of project managementExperience with driving financial resultsWillingness to travelPMP preferredValid driver’s license and clean driving record". We'll split similarly. We'll also need to include a short
for job type maybe. We must not include Benefits, Pay, Schedule sections. Now produce HTML fragment. Let's craft:
