We are currently seeking a Pipefitting/Welding Superintendent II. This position is an advanced-level role responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of complex piping systems. This position requires strong technical expertise, the ability to manage work independently, and collaboration with project leaders to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery. Travel is required. Requirements Job Responsibilities (List is not inclusive) Oversee installation of complex piping systems on commercial and industrial projects. Perform advanced welding (MIG, TIG, Stick), threading, and system alignments. Lead troubleshooting and repair of system issues, including leaks, blockages, and malfunctions. Conduct and oversee pressure testing for system integrity. Coordinate with project managers, foremen, and other trades to ensure seamless project delivery. Manage workflow, assign tasks, and oversee productivity on job sites. Represent pipefitting discipline in project planning and safety meetings. Uphold the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety in all work. Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities High school diploma or equivalent; certification or licensure as a pipefitter preferred. 6-7+ years of progressive pipefitting experience in commercial or industrial construction. Mastery of welding, system design interpretation, and advanced troubleshooting. Proven leadership ability to manage teams and oversee job site operations. Bilingul in English/Spanish preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication in English required. Self-starter and willingness to learn. Education and Experience Certification or completion of an apprenticeship in pipefitting preferred Experience with commercial/industrial piping systems. 6G welding certification preferred but must also have commercial piping knowledge Physical requirements Required to stand, walk, and sit. Talk or hear, both in person and by telephone. Use hands to finger, handle or feel objects or controls. Reach with hands and arms.
