Responsible for supervising commercial painting projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
Responsibilities
- Oversee painting projects from start to finish
- Ensure all work adheres to safety protocols and industry standards
- Manage team of painters and helpers
- Communicate project status and concerns to clients
- Prepare estimates and bids for new projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in painting or construction
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
